do I pay when I buy a ticket using a foreign credit card? |

Credit card payment
is completed online. When you purchase a ticket online and use a foreign
credit card to pay, Ticket.9588.com will issue and deliver the ticket after
confirming receipt of the payment. The name of the credit card holder must be
the same as one of the passengers.
Note: If the booking is cancelled by the airline before
confirmation of payment, Ticket.9588.com is not responsible for any losses
incurred by the customer.

are offered by many major airlines. They allow you to travel without a paper
ticket, eliminating the worry of leaving your tickets behind. An e-ticket
confirms your airline ticket purchases without requiring a paper record; the
only record of an e-ticket sale is in electronic form in the airline's computer
system. For passengers, e-tickets are used in the same way as paper tickets.

do I travel with an electronic ticket? |

| Passengers holding e-ticket receipts
can check in the same way as passengers holding paper tickets. For a passenger
flying on an e-ticket but without a receipt, he/she needs to check in at the
designated check-in counter and show a photo ID. After the passenger is
identified by the airline, the staff will print out the receipt for the
passenger along with the boarding pass and baggage tags.

tickets at the following places: the original ticket agency, another agency
authorized by the airlines, or any airline ticket office. When you report a
lost ticket, you need to submit your valid ID. If the claimer is not the
passenger, the passenger's written authorization and the valid ID of both the
passenger and the claimer is required. The claim should be in written form,
with a detailed description of the loss. You need to fill out the Lost Ticket
Form, and a certificate issued by the local Public Security Bureau is required.

If you are using Microsoft IE, please read the followings:

3.If your operating system is Windows Server 2003 Enterprise English Edition, please install Chinese language package, and change High to Medium for the IE tolerant security setting. The method is:choose IE internet options→security level for this zone, change High to Medium.

China Merchants Bank(countrywide) and China Minsheng Bank(countrywide) UnionPay Cards do not pay normally for these two browser. If you want to use these two UnionPay Cards, please choose other browser. |
